Anna has a Bachelor’s degree in Bookkeeping as well CAM, CPO, and Broker licenses allowing her competent in all aspects of Association and Property Management as well as Interpersonal skills helping to deal with conflicts emergencies, and the expressed interests of the Board in improving their community. As your manager, I can definitely provide the best possible customer service with attention to small details to make sure the Property is in the best hands.

ANGELIKA HAYSLIP

Angelika has 12 years of experience working with Property Owners, Associations, and Tenants. She has put that experience to work every day for the Buildings we have the honor to manage, carrying out Board Directives, following up on details, making recommendations, and keeping the lines of communication and cooperation open at all times. I deeply believe that maintaining a positive working relationship with the Board Members, unit Owners, Contractors, and all related to the buildings people are the key to be a successful Property Manager.

Safe Property Management maintains a list of “Approved Vendors” for all property needs, and always guarantee lowest cost and highest value. Our Vendor list is continually updated, and we re-bid our vendor services annually. We are also open to work with current vendors if the Board Members are happy with their services.

Safe Property handles our condo property in Chicago. They have been the management company for the past year and I have nothing but great things to say about them. Angelika is very caring and super responsive to any questions or concerns. She actually will come to the building in person to see firsthand any problems and personally handles them the same day. The property has had a couple for companies for management over the years but none that even come close to the service Safe Property management provides! Highly recommended!!!
